Sport Ortho is a comprehensive orthopedic practice. Our providers are trained to treat all types of muscle, bone, and joint pain, whether from injury or age-related wear and tear. Each location is equipped to take x-rays, and most locations have a physical therapist on-site. No matter how minor or complex, we see patients through their journey to recovery.

Appointments are not necessary — you can walk into any of our clinic locations. However, scheduling an appointment in advance can help reduce your overall visit time.

Sport Ortho is committed to making our services accessible and affordable. We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicare, and offer transparent pricing for self-pay patients. TennCare patients are also accepted.

Our clinics are designated as urgent care to signify our commitment to immediate, accessible care — a convenient option for prompt treatment without the long waits typically associated with orthopedics. Our 12 clinics are strategically located across Middle Tennessee, from Clarksville in the north to Lawrenceburg in the south.

Treatment follows the diagnosis. Many muscle, bone, and joint problems improve with physical therapy, medication, or injections, and that is often where care begins. Others need imaging, a specialist, or surgery. Our clinicians use the full range of options and recommend the one that fits your condition, your goals, and your activity — the aim is the right treatment, not a particular kind of treatment.

Sport Ortho includes fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons, so for many conditions the surgeon who treats you is already part of the practice that diagnosed you. Where a condition calls for a subspecialty we do not cover, we guide patients to an appropriate specialist. Either way we support the whole journey, from evaluation through surgery and post-operative recovery.
