Find your injury, then find the right care

Choose the part of the body that hurts. Every region below leads to same-day orthopedic evaluation, and where we have published guidance on a specific condition, it is linked directly.

Where care for these conditions starts

You do not have to work out which one you need. Any of them leads to an orthopedic evaluation, and we take it from there.

Patient education

Read up before your appointment

Our surgeons and physical therapists publish guides on the conditions they treat most often — what causes them, how they are diagnosed, and what treatment usually involves.

When to go to the emergency room instead

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for a bone breaking through the skin, an obvious deformity, bleeding that will not stop, loss of feeling or movement in a limb, or a head, neck, or back injury after a serious accident. For everything else — sprains, suspected fractures, joint pain, and sports injuries — an orthopedic clinic can usually see and treat you the same day.
