This office was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the start. As a new patient, I was able to get an appointment the very next day, which is almost unheard of these days. I especially want to recognize Lauren, the PA. She was absolutely amazing. Her personality was warm, genuine, and caring, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options clearly. As a self-pay patient, I truly appreciated that she was mindful of both my time and my budget. She worked with me to find the best treatment options without making me feel pressured, and I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision for both my health and my finances. I highly recommend this office, and Lauren is a huge reason why my experience was so positive.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for all Ortho and Physical Therapy Needs.I came to them after a motor vehicle accident where I was rear ended at a high rate of speed. I am a complex case and have NEVER felt rushed when explaining what I am having issues with each visit. Keely (Ortho) takes her time with patients and makes sure to cover all bases. You WILL feel heard and understood with a clear plan in place for recovery after every appointment with her. Nicole (physical therapy) truly cares about her patients. She is sincere when asking how you are feeling and uses your feedback to help alter your plan for recovery. THIS IS NOT AN ASSEMBLY LINE OFFICE! It is a well oiled machine when it comes to moving you in and out BUT you will feel like they listen to EVERYTHING you have to say. You are a person, NOT A NUMBER. I happily drive an hour just to see them every week.
