I’ve never experienced an easier walk-in clinic in my life. Jessica Walker, the PA, was kind, professional and thorough. I really appreciated her attention to all the details leading up to my injury. She answered all concerns and questions, truly putting me at ease. I am confident I will heal a lot quicker due to all the factors I experienced today. I’m so grateful! Thanks.

I had a very frustrating experience with this office regarding both billing and communication. Before my appointment, I confirmed by phone and again in person that my insurance would be accepted as in-network. However, I later received a bill stating the services were processed out of network. When I contacted the billing department, I never received a live person .The phone continuouslt rang and eventually took me to voicemail. I drove to Sports Ortho in person , and I was told by Jamie I'd have to foot 25% of the bill. Dianne said I'd have to pay the in-network fee of 50% , when this was an office mistake and is 25% more than my out-of-network insurance cost. I have continued to receive repeated calls demanding payment, even after attempting to address the issue. The frequency and persistence of these calls—including from blocked/private numbers—has been excessive and unprofessional. Additionally, my appointment was brief (approximately 30 minutes total, with the provider present for closer to 15 minutes), yet it was billed as a longer visit. I also sought follow-up care elsewhere and received a different diagnosis, which raises further concerns about the accuracy of the initial evaluation. Patients rely on accurate insurance verification and transparent billing practices. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage others to confirm all coverage details directly with their insurance provider before receiving care at this office.

Front desk personnel were extremely helpful and professional. Friendly and courteous. Therapist, Holland, explained what she was doing, why she was doing it and its importance. Facilities were clean and organized. Great experience!

They welcomed me the day I called and saw Holland that same day after seeing the Dr. Holland is so caring and understanding and has helped me so much with my fractured hip area. She's just the greatest and the best. Everyone at Sports Ortho is so friendly and helpful and I could not ask for better care with Holland. Luv ya guys. 😘 🙏
